GitHub Gist Single File Support
-
I would like to take advantage of the single file support offered by GitHub to better control display of code in my blog. I know of several plugins that do this and was delighted that gist support was in WordPress.com. Unfortunately, the single file support is missing. Is it possible to turn that on? There is no FTP access and no plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/There is no upgrade you can purchase that changes anything at all stated here http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ FTP access, and plugins are available only for VIP bloggers http://vip.wordpress.com/our-services/ or for those with WordPress.ORG installs.

As you want to request that feature be introduced here at WordPress.COM I’ll have this thread moved to the Ideas Forum for you.
