I would like to increase my email following by organising a giveaway. How do I do this if I can’t access emails? I am wanting to give away vouchers. I also have a facebook, twitter and instagram account. Thanks in advance.

There is no way to privately send your WordPress.com email followers a voucher if they don’t provide their email addresses to you directly. Only the email addresses of non-WordPress.com followers are visible in the dashboard under Email Followers; if someone has a WordPress.com account, you can only see their username under the Followers tab.
You can use a newsletter subscription service like Mailchimp to collect email addresses from your readers, and then use Mailchimp to send them newsletters. But you also won’t be able to convert that into WordPress.com email followers, as email subscriptions on WordPress.com are strictly opt-in only. In other words, you’ll essentially end up with two different lists of subscriber here and on Mailchimp.
