  Hi there,

  It looks like the Premium upgrade was auto-renewed. Please note that there’s an automatic renewal unless you opt out: 1) in section 3 of our Terms of Service, and 2) the Store checkout screen (before you click Purchase).

  If you would like a full refund, I’d be happy to give it to you, but since you used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:

  1) I can cancel your domain name jasonshulmanstudio.com and issue you a full refund of $99. This means you will no longer be able to use jasonshulmanstudio.com and it may be difficult or impossible for you to regain this domain name in the future.

  2) If you want to keep your domain name jasonshulmanstudio.com I can issue you a refund minus the cost of your domain registration fee. This will lead to a total refund of $73. If you do this you will be able to keep using your domain name jasonshulmanstudio.com, or you can transfer it to use with another service elsewhere.
