Give me what I paid for

    On September 30 2018 I paid my annual subscription to my Personal program: $48.
    On October 8 2018 I paid an additional $48 dollar to upgrade to the Premium program.
    On November 5 2018 I decided that the Premium program had no added value for me and I received $48 back.
    So, as a result I paid $48 and I should have a Personal program, but now I seem to have a Free program!
    Could you give me the Personal program that I paid for?

    I noticed the domain communicatiekc.com is owned by another user of the site — communicatiekc. Do you want to manage both upgrades from the same account (so the two renew together) going forward?
