Give the plugins back

    Hello Support Team
    We tried to setup a wordpress shop with different plugins. Now can’t really set it up as wished. For now we are looking for an other solution.
    Is there a chance to give the plugins back and get a refund?
    Would be really nice, as we haven’t use them and don’t want to use.

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to access your site’s backend to take a closer look. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    If you purchased a plan with your hosting provider, you will need to contact them directly to cancel and refund your plan if it’s within their refund policy.

    If you purchased any extensions from the WooCommerce extension store, their refund policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase.
