GiveWP error message to donor

    GiveWP was working fine until a new donor gave, using the admin’s picture for ID. Now, donors are unable to give, going through the entire process and receiving a ‘failure’ message after submitting ‘complete.’ Is it possible that the donor was a hacker? If so, what can be done to restore GiveWP and to seek investigation?

    I’m not sure what you mean by “using the admin’s picture for ID”

    And what exactly is the error message the donors are getting? I’m happy to dig in further here, but I don’ have enough context to help.
