Giving another user my blog name?

I have two blogs. In order to help a friend I was playing around with his preferred blog name and created a blog for him. However, I do NOT want the blog to show up with me as the author. HE will be the author.
Can I switch the blog name to his account? ie can I delete the name from my blogs so it is available for him, or perhaps just move it over? Thank you.
