How can I record a hug to recognize the outstanding service I received from one of your happiness engineers?

Hi there,
I see that you were speaking with Becky. Did you want me to forward it to her?
Cheers!

Thanks for the response! What I’d like to do is record feedback that her supervisors can see. The only option I have is to click on “It was great,” “It was OK”, and “Not good.” I was hoping to add narrative comments to get on the record how exceptional her service truly was.

If you don’t mind, you are welcome to record it here and I will make sure that it reaches the correct set of eyes.

Thanks!
This is a special commendation for Happiness Engineer Becky H, who provided extraordinary service in working with me on a difficult project that spread out over a month. I’m the faculty adviser to a campus newspaper that carries a social blog on WordPress that serves as an extra newspaper section. Alas, the blog became abruptly deactivated when the original blog owner, a now-graduated student, failed to forward us the invoice or notify us that it had arrived. That’s where I came into it–a bad person to be trying to fix the problem: I’m a retirement-age professor who is definitely not a digital citizen–I fumble digital business easily and experience anxiety rather than ease during the process. Fortunately, however, Becky was the help person I drew. She guided me clearly, patiently, and compassionately (I emphasize the latter) through a frustrating series of steps that included continued setbacks with the original owner once I was able to find her and a major snafu when I tried to open a new account and then get the blog transferred–all while feeling the pressure of the clock and the threat that the blog and its archives would vaporize forever. If it hadn’t been for Becky’s calmness, her quick but thorough and eminently clear responses, and her cheerful, personal manner, I myself would likely have vaporized. Everything is now fixed and working, and looking back I realize that Becky is likely the most helpful customer service person I have ever worked with. She’s truly a find for you, just as she certainly was for me. I wish her the best, and with extreme gratitude.
