What do I need to do to give access of my WordPress account to my site administrator?

Hi,
Although that can too easily be done, it would be neither wise nor prudent to do so. I’ve called for staff attention to the topic. Staff will respond here and explain to you why you shouldn’t do that.
Alternatively, you might transfer ownership of the site as described in the Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account support page.

Hi there,
Please do not give anyone else access to your WordPress.com account. The only way to do that would be to give them your password, and we do not recommend that, as that will give them the ability to do anything you could do, including cancelling any upgrades, using any stored credit card details in the account to make additional purchases, transfer the site and/or upgrades to someone else, or even changing the email address, username and password, locking you out of your own account.
You should always be the only person with access to your account.
If you need someone else to be able to make changes to your site, ask them to please create their own WordPress.com username account at https://wordpress.com/start/account/user/, and once they’ve done that you can invite them to your site from My Site ->People ->Add in the appropriate user role depending on the level of access you want them to have:
