  When people try to give on our giving page, it says “critical error” on site. I already contacted the plugin, Give WP. They said contact WordPress.

  Hi there,

  I am able to access https://www.thepoweroflovechurch.com/give/ without any problems.

  However, http://www.thepoweroflovechurch.com is a site hosted with Bluehost and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
