Giving WordPress Its Own Directory error

  I was following the instructions in “Giving WordPress Its Own Directory” > http://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory and after I finished with step 5 I went to move my core files but I’m having an issue with my hosting account, so is there a way to revert what I’ve done? you can still see my blog but I can’t access my admin page, I’m so lost any help is greatly appreciated.
