  Hello there,

  If the domain has been registered or mapped to your WordPress.com site, and the site is on the paid plan, you should be able to set the domain as the primary domain via Manage > Domains > Change Primary.

  With regards to adding email – please see this guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/
