Hi There,
Could you please provide more details of the issue you are facing? Is it something just appearing on your editor or is it live on your website?
As I can’t find the above-mentioned post on your website writeapalooza.wordpress.com, so it will be great if you share the screenshot so that we can assist you in the right direction. -
Hi @tx91,
I also don’t see highlights on the post you mentioned, so a screenshot and some more info on where you see this would be great.

Sorry, I’m not sure how to upload a screenshot on the forum. But here are the parts that are highlighted:
Two days before that, MJ received a surprise private Facebook message from Mattie Jensen, a famous biracial soap opera star. She was part black and part white. MJ called Mattie to make sure the deal was real. Indeed, it was. They were friends in elementary school. Mattie moved away after graduation. The case was that Rick Arlen, Mattie’s co-star from Light of Our Love, was getting death threats, but he refused to go to the police. So Mattie hired MJ to investigate the threats. MJ’s twin brother, Quentin sort of remembered her.
MJ wore a braid underneath her gray cap and a pair of magenta earrings. Her “Straight Outta Atlanta” T-shirt was tucked underneath her jeans. Her red medical bracelet was on her left wrist.

Hello there,
If you upload a screenshot into the media library, we’ll be able to see that.
Looking at: https://writeapalooza.wordpress.com/2021/09/24/max-morrow-iii-stay-tuned-for-danger-chapter-3/
I too can’t seem to see anything highlighted there.

Sorry, I meant it was Chapter 1 of MJ Morrow: Stay Tuned for Danger. I mistyped.

Hi There,
Now, I can see the same issue.
http://prnt.sc/21qe98iNot sure why some particular text is highlighted in such color. As per the screenshot, the <mark> tag is there causing the highlight. Did you take any action on the highlighted text?
As a workaround, you can remove the <mark> and </mark> tag by editing the HTML. To do this, click on a block, click the … icon in the toolbar and select “Edit HTML”. Remove the highlighted text <mark> and </mark> tags. Click … again, and select Edit Visually. For more details check the below screenshot:-
