Glitch in the comments statistics?

  The comments panel in the stats of etcjournal.wordpress.com lists “James Jablonjske” as having posted 41 comments. However, the blog creator and I found only 1: http://etcjournal.com/2010/07/12/4918/#comment-4384 . And we double-checked by using the link on the author’s IP in the Edit Comments page: it only shows that one comment too.
  Could there be a glitch in your comments statistics feature?
