Glitch on the Domain Payment Upgrade?

  I was trying to purchase the domain registration upgrade directly from the WordPress site. I put in my info and selected Paypal as payment method. The site redirected me to Paypal, where I logged in. After logging in, I was redirected back to the WordPress site to complete the transaction, but once back on the WordPress site, nothing worked. There were no buttons to complete the transaction, and none of the radio buttons or fields worked, either. I tried this twice, and I got the same result both times.

  I would simply like to register for a domain directly through WordPress. Is there something else I should do to get this work? Thank you very much.

  That’s rather odd. Can you please tell us what browser (and version of) you’re using?

  Well, I am always the type of person to “wait awhile and try again” and I just tried it again today and it worked! There was a popup screen that was not showing up before. The popup screen had the info I needed to complete my transaction. I’m not sure why it was not showing up before. Perhaps Firefox simply needed to be restarted? Either way, hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future or if it does, they know that it should be an easy fix.
