Glitch on the Stats tab

Whenever I try to access my statistics through wordpress, I go to the tab,and while it is loading, the page crashes. I am being unable to view my stats because of this. Any fixes?

Hi there,
I know that Staff was working on this previously. I am not sure if this has been resolved. I am going to add the modlook tag so Staff can have a look. Can you please state which browser you are using when this happens?

I am using chrome. I haven’t really thought to try it on another browser, so I guess I’ll try that too.

Thank you for getting in touch! This is a known issue that we are working on. There are a few simple steps that may help.
Please verify your connection speed .
Clearing your browser cache & cookies may resolve the issue.
Lastly, try to access your WordPress.com account in a different browser.
If this information does not help, please share your browser (and version) as well as your operating system (and version). Then I’ll be able to help you with some further troubleshooting .

Thank you for the feedback. It seems like the problem is with the pc version of Chrome. I can access it on Firefox and on the mobile version of Chrome though. I will see if any of your other ideas make it more accessible. Thank you so much!
