    Hi, I just reformatted our website from a circa 2000 format to one of your new templates and I’m having some trouble. The main issue is that the top title bar (with our association name and subtitle and the different page tabs) shrinks/moves when you scroll down past it. I’d like this to remain stagnant (not to have the new frozen bar appear with those options as you scroll down).
    Can you help? Thanks–I’m not savvy with this stuff!
