Global dashboard opens but main blog doens’t

  Updated to 2.9 but I’m getting fatal error message when trying to open dashboard.

  Tried clearing cache, changing browsers, and changing computers to no avail.

  On the second computer I changed the admin password but neither the old or new password was recognized.

  Our server was being upgraded around the time of the update to 2.9 could that have been a problem, and if so how would I track down the problem oir relaod the upgrade?
