Global stats and unwanted header image

The unwanted image of kitchen garbage remains on my site, dinnertopics.wordpress.com. The original iTheme2 template that I have enjoyed for years didn’t have any image at the top. The other images are okay, but I didn’t choose the garbage one, and none of your tech people have contacted me to resolve my concern. Also, I asked weeks ago why our stats have been reduced. We used to be able to see our range of hits from various countries. The ‘new’ stats don’t provide that. I have gotten great help on other issues, but these two have been ignored. Also, you don’t have chat anymore? Please respond.
