Global tag lists on independently hosted site

  I write a book blog at http://jseliger.wordpress.com as well as an independently hosted blog called Grant Writing Confidential at http://blog.seliger.com . Is there a way to get the tags at Grant Writing Confidential to show up in WordPress’ global tag lists, as described here: http://faq.wordpress.com/2008/07/15/my-post-doesnt-show-up-in-the-tag-list-what-gives ?

  There is absolutely no way to hook an independently-hosted blog up to WP.com global tag pages. The global pages are one of the biggest draws for WP.com.
