Global Text Edit in Gutenberg vs. Classic Editor

I want to change all occurrences of a certain string in a WordPress.com blog post. In the classic editor, this is easy: go into text mode > Ctrl-A > Ctrl-X > paste into Notepad in Windows > do the global change > paste back into WordPress.

How can I view all text, so as to achieve this same functionality, in the new Gutenberg mode that has replaced classic editor?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, when you edit an existing post in the Block Editor, click on the three dots at the top right of the editing screen and in the sidebar that opens you’ll see the option to Copy all content.

Post back here if you have other questions.
