Glue registration problem

    I needed to update the GLUE records of one of the domains I moved from Google to WordPress. Since the beginning of the week, I’ve been getting the warning ‘An error occurred while deleting the record’. I can’t add a new glue record to any domain. I get the warning ‘The domain owner can only add this record’. I already own my domains!

    I sent an e-mail to WordPress about this situation at the beginning of the week. They did not make a solution-oriented return.

    Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

    Hi there, I did not see the other email that you mentioned but we’re happy to help you here. Can you tell us more about the records you are trying to add and remove? Is this for a specific domain under your account, or changes you need to make to several domains?
