Gmail Emails not being received

My nonprofit has a Google Admin/Workspace account where we use Gmail for email and host our website and domain on WordPress Premium. A week ago we suddenly stopped receiving emails to our email accounts. Per Google the site is verified and Gmail activated. No changes were made prior and after some basic troubleshooting were are still without email. Can anyone offer ideas/support? Thanks!

It looks like you recently set up Email Forwarding on our side for your domain, which removed the DNS records connecting your domain to Google Workspace. It’s not possible to have an email service (like Google Workspace) and Email Forwarding both active at the same time, which is why your Google Workspace stopped working.
