Gmail not working and website loading slow

  Ok, my gmail has been down for several days now and my website is still loading very slow, (I changed the DNS setting in 1and1 to wordpress.com and this seems to be where it all started). I have tried to follow your instruction for getting the custom dns records from google apps but it does not match what I see and can’t find where to generate the required info in the custom dns record form. Please help. Since I can’t access my gmail please reply to (email visible only to moderators and staff) or better yet a live voice would really help. 423-637-9793 . Thanks
