GNU license explanation

    Hello,

    My team is planning to integrate our widget in WordPress, so I had some questions when reading the restrictions.

    1) I understood that the software must be open-source and if we do not specify the license then the software automatically counts as open for anyone who wants to get the code? Did I get it right?

    2) What is the Subversion? A place where we stash our open-source code (taking in account that I got right the previous question) ?

    Hi there – sounds like you’re referring to self-hosted WordPress, right?
