I changed the theme of my site, and I would like to go back to the one I had before, and of course, I can’t remember the name of the previous theme. How to do ?
I read that we were able to find the cached theme on google, but my site is not referenced…

Alas no ! Mayland, it’s one of the themes I wanted to try yesterday, before realizing that it wasn’t a good idea, and that moreover I couldn’t find my initial theme, which I had had since June last, and kept for several months before my tests yesterday…

Have you looked in your dashboard at Jetpack/Activity log to see if the theme is listed there.

To add to what @themagicrobot noted, the activity log is your best course of action to retrace your steps — I see that you activated quite a few themes yesterday!
It’s worth noting that you can also “Try & Customize” a theme from its live demo, so that you don’t need to activate it on your site to preview it.
