You mentioned the word ‘host‘. So let me check what is it that you want to do!
If you have registered a domain at Go Daddy, say XYZ.com
and you have a site here on WordPress.COM, say XYZ.wordpress.com
then you can MAP the XYZ.com to XYZ.wordpress.com.

But if you wish to HOST a site on Go Daddy, it’s a completely different thing and that comes under WordPress.ORG. You can read more about that here –
