Go Daddy email forwarding not working

    Good afternoon. I am having an issue with the email forwarding using go daddy email.

    We originally started this page with the domain outdooradventuresgreatercincinnati.org and made the necessary DNS changes to map the domain and do the email forwarding and it worked fine. Then the organization decided to change the domain name to outdooradventureclubs.org

    We have made the needed DNS changes and set up the email forwarding per instructions on http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-godaddy-email/ and it’s just not working.

    Help!! We need to get this working asap.

    Hi there,

    Just to confirm, it’s your email with the domain outdooradventureclubs.org that isn’t working, is that right? Everything looks good on our end for that domain, but it can take a little time for DNS changes to take effect. Usually, it takes a few hours for email to start working after a change like this.

    If your email still isn’t working, can you please contact GoDaddy and ask them what DNS records you need to use for your email? If the DNS records on our support page aren’t working for you, GoDaddy can help you get the DNS records you need. I’d be happy to help you enter those records on this end if they are different from the ones you already have set up.
