Go Daddy Hosted WordPress-Or Premium WordPress

  How to pick either a Hosted WordPress Account with Go Daddy or Use your premium wordpress. I have approximately 8 domains I need to build out, because of time restraints, general laziness, and “credits” I purchased the domains with GoDaddy and used business plan web builders. the eventual idea was that I would re-build them with WordPress-(a ton more features, SEO options, controls, forms, well…everything). I have 1 blog hosted here, that is pretty simple and once again I am in a time crunch. I need help deciding if I can rebuild here on the fly (with attention to the most important aspects-landing pages, forms, and content for a project that is exploding)-but if I do, I would then need to transfer this over to the domain parked at go daddy. Or-bite it and grab a hosted wordpress on Go D . Which is the simplest transition and would someone be willing to “sell me” either way. Thanks for your time.
