go straight to theme upload, not a paid site package

  hi, i don’t want to set up a wordpress site that i have to pay for – i already have hosting that i’ve just setup with https://www.uksecurewebhosting.co.uk/ and have owned my domain (with email through fasthosts) for a while now.

  how can i skip straight up to uploading a theme?
