  Goal: On a category static page, have a circle picture gallery that links to blog post tags.

  Going the extra mile: Adding a tag as a child to a category and having it automatically add to that category static page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Category pages and static pages are quite different. What you want is possible on a static page, but not on a dynamic category page.

  WordPress.ORG instructions do not apply to WordPress.COM blogs.
