Godaddy denies its them and CC statement shows charge from WordPress

  Last year I created an account through Godaddy to attempt to make a website. It utilized WordPress and was more complicated than my knowledge base allowed so I cancelled the account in less than 30 days. This was Feb 2025.

  Today I was charged 101.76 to my Credit card from WordPress. I felt this was related to godaddy because I used the WordPress option when creating that account. Godaddy denies its a charge from them. I tried to login to wordpress but the account is old and was never used my CC with anything associated directly with WordPress. only through GoDaddy.com. Problem is. When I log into WordPress. theres no associated charges noted on here.

  There is also no toll free number to contact WordPress, only direction to the website and an AI bot who sent me here to the forums . In this day and age this is a pretty archaic way to contact customer support.

  I am giving 72 hours for WordPress to contact me so this fraudulent charge to be reversed before I report to every known agency and my CC company as fraud. I do feel its associated with the Godaddy account, but they deny the charge.
