GoDaddy domain forwarding to free WordPress site getting ‘This site can’t be reached’

  I contacted GoDaddy support and they said that I would have to contact WordPress; however, I can’t seem to find any tech support for WordPress. GoDaddy says,

  ‘WordPress template applied which means these are the DNS records of WordPress, basically we are only the domain registrar and we only forward the domain on how DNS was set, which is being forwarded to WordPress. Server or website issues will be out of our scope since we have no way of diagnosing your server settings as you only have the domain name with us. You will need to verify with WordPress if DNS are correct and of this is the kind of forwarding they support.’

  Does anyone know how to solve this issue or know who to contact on WP end to resolve this? Thanks.
