Godaddy Domain Transfer Fail

My Domain Transfer for this site is failing. On GoDaddy it says ‘Transfer denied’.
I have Privacy Protection Turned off, and have initiated the transfer process according to instructions. GoDaddy support indicates that the denial is from Wild West. What do I need to do to move this along?WP.com: Yes

Hi there,
let me explain two scenarios:
1. Your site uses an open-source version of WordPress
2. Your site uses the website builder offered by GoDaddyIf it’s powered by WordPress, one of the methods described here can be used to migrate it to WordPress.com.
https://wordpress.com/support/import/import-an-entire-wordpress-site/If it was built using GoDaddy’s own website builder Since the GoDaddy builder isn’t compatible with WordPress, then follow this guide:

Hi there,
I checked your domain, and I don’t see anything on our end that would prevent you from transferring the domain away from us – all locks have been removed.
When exactly did you get this error on GoDaddy’s end? When you tried entering the transfer code, or only some time after?
If it only failed some time after you’d successfully submitted the code at GoDaddy, you should also have received an email directly from Wild West Domains, who is the domain provider through whom we’ve registered you domain. Can you please check for that, and let me know exactly what that email says in terms of why the transfer was denied?
The OP is asking about transferring a domain. This doesn’t have anything to do with the WordPress software or migrating a site’s content. Please tag domain transfer-related issues for staff, as there’s not much you can do to diagnose these without access to our internal tools :)
