GoDaddy Hosting

My wordpress is hosted on GoDaddy, but I want to access the admin-panel so I can manage the theme freely. The problem is, sometimes I can access the admin-panel and other times I can’t. Could you please help me with that? I’m starting to feel really dumb about this.
