godaddy hosting

    i have a godaddy domain and hosting. i would like to connect my waveeprep.wordpress.com site to it

    Hi there,

    To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and GoDaddy also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. Because of this there is not a direct way to “connect” your site on WordPress.com to a site hosted on GoDaddy.

    Instead you would be switching hosts, and exporting your contents from WordPress.com, and importing them into an (empty) WordPress site on your GoDaddy account. This guide will walk you through the process of moving your site to a traditional web host like GoDaddy: https://move.wordpress.com/
