Godaddy hosting w WordPress.com hosting
-
I have a problem. I tried changing both the DNS and IP address on the domain edit screen within the store to get the site to propagate to godaddy hosting. But it hadn’t worked. What the heck is going on?? Any help would be appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I should add that when I have the name servers pointed at WordPress servers it goes to sharpendurance.wordpress.com install and backend and not to godaddy backend. And when I have servers pointed at godaddy, it points to a WordPress parked page. I could really use some guidance here.

i did see it, i also replied explaining that the website is actually pointing to 6 different IP addresses and has been for 72 hours… this is an issue and is causing the site not to resolve as desired…

The fact you’re seeing 6 IP addresses means the domain is mapped to WordPress.com
Please visit https://sharpendurance.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
Select Edit DNS. Hover over the first entry (A record), a pencil should appear to the right. Click through the warning message, and enter the IP address provided by GoDaddy where it shows 1.2.3.4
Save the changes, and you should be good to go. (It may take a while for the DNS to update).
Let me know when you’ve made the change, and I can review to make sure it’s correct.
