GoDaddy Image hosting and redirecting problem
-
Hi,
I have a GoDaddy hosting account where I store my images. I also have a GoDaddy domain name (juliemakesthings.com) that I use to redirect to my wordpress blog. I recently went to link to some images from my godaddy hosting and when I hit “go” in the URL bar the word “wordpress” popped up in the link and I got a 404.
For example….
This is what the link should be: http://juliemakesthings.com/doodles/cactusdoodle.jpg
This is what happens: http://juliemakesthings.wordpress.com/doodles/cactusdoodle.jpg
I have no idea what’s going on. I called GoDaddy and they said it is a WordPress issue.
Help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

OK… It looks like you’re using your domain forwarding at GoDaddy to redirect your domain to your WordPress.com blog. This won’t ever be the same as the domain mapping –
Why not upload the images here at WordPress.com?
