Godaddy Primary Domain Name Change

  Hello all,

  I need to change my primary domain name on my godaddy hosted wordpress site.
  If i update the url/wordpress url in the general url settings section then change the primary domain on my hosting account to match, will that work?

  do i need to do anything else?

  I found this link, does it sound like it would work

  Sorry but we cannot help you here at all. That’s not a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and they are the ONLY blogs we provide support for. You are posting to the wrong support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
