Hi,
It sounds like you’ll want to use the instructions here: Map Existing Domain
This will point your GoDaddy domain to your WordPress account. Note the DNS changes in step 2 will need to be made with GoDaddy.

Before you purchase the domain mapping upgrade for your WordPress.com site, please be fully aware that your site will still be under the same Terms of Service and limitations as all sites hosted on WordPress.com
For better understanding of which WordPress is the right one for you, have a look at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ and perhaps also https://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/ will help you decide if WPcom is the best way to go for your needs.
-
One other thing, it appears that you have deleted both jinkslive.wordpress.com and perryquintn.wordpress.com. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover either one of those site URLs.
If you do decide to go the domain mapping route, before that can take place, you will need to register a new WPcom URL first.
