  Hi @goeldiontour, actually it looks like you bought a different upgrade. Did you want to pay the redemption fee to get the domain back? You should be able to do that here:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  If you hadn’t intended to buy a new Premium package, let us know; we can credit the money toward your account to help pay for the domain and redemption fee.

  Or, if you don’t want that domain, we can cancel it. Just know they can be difficult if not impossible to buy back again once cancelled. Please let us know what you’d like to do.

  Hi, sorry, but I was following the, YOUR, instructions and payed the Fee by visa card. sorry for beging late, but I#m travveling a lot.
  So I don’t Understand why it’s still not working and I’m a bit upset.

  For sure I will not pay twice!

  So it would be great if you can unlock it

  @goeldiontour you purchased WordPress Premium for $99. Three days later, you paid the domain registration and redemption fees ( $106) so the domain has now been renewed.

  My only question now is whether you had intended to buy Premium before, or whether you accidentally did that instead of renewing the domain. If you don’t want Premium and would like a refund of the $99, please let us know.
