How do you make website go live I am finding it difficult to use the all-in-one migration tool, when i go to my website where there should be no plugins so i can install all-in-one migration and import the website files, all of the plugins are still there Pls Help.

To clarify, you are trying to migrate an existing site (on another provider) to be hosted with us instead, yes? If so we have a guide here you can follow:
Please note that there is not an option to add plugins on free WordPress.com sites. For that you will need the Pro Plan listed here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Once you have upgraded you can use either our migration guide or the all-in-one migration plugin, which will also work for this purpose.

I’m using hostinger to host my websites i need to know how to go to a version of my website that has no pluginsMin 4:50 i got the exporting part using the all-in-one wp migration but the fresh wp install and all the plugins are different when you install the all-in-one migration to import.
The fresh install of wordpress is the part i don’t understand, what is the process called so i can google it?

That video does not apply to the custom servers we have set up on WordPress.com. To clarify you are trying to move a local site from your computer to your host at Hostinger?
We are not connected to that company (we are both separate providers of WordPress sites) so you may wish to contact Hostinger directly for assistace.
