going back to the default theme
-
Hi! This is my first time using wordpress, and I accidently went to another theme and lost all of the work I had on the defualt theme (which I actually super liked!) Is there a way to restore that by chance??

Hi there,
You can see your old theme by going to My Site > Jetpack > Activity Log. There should be a log that says ‘Switched [ORIGINAL THEME] to [NEW THEME]’. (If there isn’t, I believe the WordPress staff are able to find out what the old theme was, so they’ll be able to tell you.)
You can then activate the old theme by clicking on the link on the original theme, and then clicking Activate this Design. If you want to know more about changing themes, read https://wordpress.com/support/themes/#my-content-and-switching-themes, or one of the threads with the tag
homepage in drafts(https://wordpress.com/forums/topic-tag/homepage-in-drafts/).I hope this helps! Ask if you have any more questions.
Just a reminder that this forum is for WordPress.com hosted websites. If you use the open-source WordPress software (WordPress.org), you’ll need to go to their forum to get help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the WordPress software you can read the support post:

Hi there,
It appears that your original theme for http://felisash.wordpress.com/ was the Hever Theme:
https://wordpress.com/theme/hever
Is that the site you are referring to?
