Going from .org to .com

Several years ago I was in the middle of developing a blog/website, and put my blog on wordpress.org. It is filled with a lot of information …

Fast forward 2 years later … I developed cancer and had treatments. For three years my mind has been in a chemo fog, and now that I am out of it, and ready to move forward with that initial project, it has been “lost”, as I didn’t make any payments for the .org account.

How can I move this blog back to an wordpress.com blog without losing all my crucial information stored in it? Can I copy the information? Can a flick of a button on your end put it back so I can access it? I am lost and frustrated, especially realizing that all the work I did, and information input into pages is completely gone. Family recipes were stored on that site.
