Going From Staging to Live

  I’ve been in the process of importing my site from Typepad to WordPress. Because I’ve been working on the WP site, I’ve kept in “Draft mode.” The present URL has the word staging in it. https://wordpress.com/settings/general/thequeenofstyledotcom.wpcomstaging.com

  I need to make the site live so that I can have an IP address to give to Go Daddy so that I can have the name servers point to WP instead of Typepad, and need to fix the domain servers too…BUT, I can’t seem to find anything in the dashboard that has a “GO LIVE” button. How do I take the site out of staging??
  Please help, beyond frustrated.
