Going premium and transfering my domain

  I currently have a website at http://www.placeforhealing.com. I also have my blog site here at wordpress at http://www.placeforhealing.wordpress.com which I link to from my main site. I am considering going to Premium service and transfering my placeforhealing domain to wordpress to make my blog site my main site.

  I would like to subscribe to premium and prepare the blog site before actually transferring the domain and making it my mainsite. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
