Going premium, but at what cost?

At the moment I’ve only bought the domain feature. But after fiddling around with custom design (trial) I’m going to purchase that.
Of course, bundles are always cheaper, so I’m considering getting the WordPress.com Premium, but as I already have the domain feature, will my first payment have some kind of deduction?
Weirdly enough, probably because I’m trying the custom feature I can’t see the WordPress.com Premium ($79) in the store. If I change the to another blog, copy the link and change it for this blog (dokterw.me), the price is suddenly $99.
Any help to clear up this confusion before I hit the purchase button would be much appreciated.

You should automatically receive credit for unused parts of an upgrade that would be included in a bundle – if you don’t the staff here have a good record of making sure you don’t get charged for something extra
