Going premium with 2 blogs

Hi guys,

I have 2 blogs, they are basically the same blog connected to each other, one is in English the other in Portuguese.
I have been considering to go Premium and getting my own domain. Do I have to go Premium for both blogs? Pay twice?

Another question, would it be possible to have the 2 blogs in one if I choose self hosting?

The thing is, I didnt want to have 2 domains for the same blog… but I know that with the free version thats the only way to have both.

Hi lannymfo,

To the best of my knowledge the way you have it setup now you would need to upgrade them both to premium and pay twice.

You could have them on the same blog there are a couple options

I personally like Options 2 there the best.
Set up a two language categories and then write each post twice. Put one in the English and the other in the Portuguese.

Thank you very much for your help… I wasnt aware of this option two, seems like a great idea. However, I still didnt understand exactly… do you have any blog set up like this so I can take a look and see how it looks like?

Just one post in each the English and French categories.
A static home page.
Links in the menu to each of the two categories.

Does that give you a bit of an idea?
