Going Pro – Benefits

    I blogged for a year as a Soccer reporter on a paid/pro account before I had this account. And I never took notice.

    What benefits do you get by paying to go Pro WordPress
    Do you only get the Jetpack with Pro?

    Any guidance would be helpful

    Jetpack is built into all blogs here, even the free ones.

    Each bundle or upgrade here gives you only exactly what it says. The Pro bundle doesn’t let you place ads; it gives you the No Ads upgrade, removing all ads from your site. It give syou the Custom Design upgrade, allowing you to change the look of your blog (with some CSS coding). It gives you a custom domain and mapping, so your blog can be whatever.com instead of whatever.wordpress.com. You get the storage upgrade, so you can upload MP3s and videos directly to your site, and you get Videopress, so you can post your own videos without having to use YoUTube or something.

    It doesn’t exempt you from restrictions on code or conduct.
