Good plugins for affiliate marketing

Need some affiliate marketing plugin to create a site like http://bensbargains.net/ with similar kind of layout. I tried almost all the plugins available in the wordpress site. But nothing is good enough to get this kind of functionality. Please guide.

No plugins are available on WordPress.com and the type of site you link to is not allowed here in any case and would be suspended if you tried to set it up.
